LIFE SKILLS THERAPIES offers individual counseling.


LIFE SKILLS THERAPIES specializes in resolving depression, anxiety, poor self-image, lack of confidence, anger issues, and other emotional challenges.


LIFE SKILLS programs consist of a three-day intensive followed by ten single sessions, or you may choose a package of 12 single sessions (without the intensive).



We employ gentle and effective techniques derived from Cognitive and Dialectic Behavior Therapies.


Also offered is an introduction to Mindfulness Meditation. Wayne calls it "portable meditation" since it does not require sitting cross-legged for hours on end (although you may if you want to). Instead it is designed to accompany the meditator through the course of the day, thereby bringing peace, stability, and a calm presence of mind into an otherwise hectic life.
